Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Scope
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Compandi and its clients in the provision of digital marketing and content production services for restaurant and hospitality venues.
Article 2 — Services
Compandi provides digital marketing services including photographic and video content production, social media management, Google Business Profile optimisation, and strategic consulting for restaurant and hospitality venues.
Article 3 — Contract Formation
A contract is formed when Compandi accepts the client's offer in writing or by email. The free consultation does not constitute a binding offer.
Article 4 — Payment
Fees are based on the individually agreed service package. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue.
Article 5 — Client Obligations
The client shall provide access to their premises for agreed shoots and grant Compandi access to the required social media accounts. Delays caused by the client's failure to cooperate shall not be attributable to Compandi.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property
Compandi grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content produced for the duration of the engagement. Copyright remains with Compandi. Transfer to third parties requires prior written consent.
Article 7 — Liability
Compandi shall only be liable for damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages and loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Article 8 — Termination
The notice period is 30 days to the end of the month, unless otherwise agreed in the individual contract. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable.
Article 9 — Final Provisions
These terms shall be governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction where services are provided. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
